【摘要】 目的 研究耳穴埋针对孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）儿童睡眠障碍的治疗效果。方法 选取深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院2017年10月—2021年3月收治的ASD睡眠障碍儿童100例为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组采用睡眠卫生指导治疗，研究组采用睡眠卫生指导联合耳穴埋针治疗。比较治疗前后两组患儿的儿童睡眠习惯问卷评分情况。结果 治疗后，两组患儿的儿童睡眠习惯问卷总分均低于治疗前，且研究组的（47.12±3.79）分明显低于对照组的（51.80±2.91）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组睡眠行为、起床习惯评分均明显低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿治疗前、后的睡眠时长比较，组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 采用耳穴埋针治疗ASD儿童睡眠障碍可取得一定效果，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ear acupoint embedding on sleep disorders in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods A total of 100 children with ASD sleep disorders admitted to Shenzhen Luohu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2017 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, with 50 children in each group.The control group was treated with sleep hygiene guidance, and the research group was treated with sleep hygiene guidance combined with ear acupoint embedding. The scores of Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total scores of Children’s Sleep Habit Questionnaire were lower in both groups than before, and the score of the study group was(47.12±3.79) points, which was significantly lower than(51.80±2.91) points of the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of sleep behavior and waking habits in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ear acupoint embedding in the treatment of ASD children sleep disorders can achieve a certain effect, worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
