北疆地区风积沙注浆加固技术研究
Grouting Reinforcement Technology of Aeolian Sand in Northern Xinjiang
【摘要】 新疆地区正在开展大规模的输、调水工程建设,渠线工程不可避免的要穿越沙漠地区,常利用风积沙作为渠(路)堤的填筑材料。为解决常规施工过程中风积沙填筑体失水松散导致的上料困难问题,利用自渗注浆和负压注浆两种注浆技术对风积沙进行加固试验。试验结果表明:随着负压减小,注浆量逐渐增加,注浆耗时成倍增加;负压注浆的注浆量低于自渗注浆,注浆速率和有效扩散距离高于自渗注浆;负压为60 k Pa和30 k Pa时,有效扩散距离可以达到50 cm,负压为90 k Pa时,110 cm砂柱均在有效扩散距离内,自渗注浆的有效扩散距离可以达到30 cm。
【Abstract】 Large scale water transmission and transfer projects have been carrying out in Xinjiang,where canal line projects inevitably cross desert areas. Aeolian sand is often used as filling material for canal( road) embankment. In order to solve the problem of feeding difficulty caused by water loss and looseness of accumulated sand filling body in the conventional construction process. The reinforcement test of aeolian sand is carried out by using two grouting technologies: self infiltration grouting and negative pressure grouting. The test results are as follows. With the decrease of negative pressure,the grouting amount is gradually increased,and the grouting time is multiplied; the grouting amount of negative pressure grouting is lower than that of self infiltration grouting,and the grouting rate and effective diffusion distance are higher than that of self infiltration grouting when the negative pressure is 60 k Pa and 30 k Pa,the effective diffusion distance of negative pressure grouting is 50 cm,when the negative pressure is 90 k Pa,the 110 cm sand column is in the effective diffusion range,the effective diffusion distance of self infiltration grouting is 30 cm.
