芯片尺度荧光粉涂覆结构对白光LED光色性能影响的研究
Study on the influence of chip-scale phosphor coating structure on the light and color performance of white LED
【摘要】 空间角色温均匀性(ACU)是白光LED的重要参数,芯片尺度上荧光粉层几何结构决定了空间角色温均匀性。通过蒙特卡洛射线追踪方法在倒装芯片尺度上对双环形结构的长、短半径和浓度参数进行讨论。当双环形结构的长半径R=0.26 mm,短半径r=0.42 mm,得到最小相关色温偏差值239 K。在最小偏差值附近进行参数优化,当平均相关色温分别为4 100、4 500、5 300、6 000 K时,保形涂覆结构与优化后双环形涂覆结构在-90°至90°空间角色温偏差值从885 K减少到92 K,1 232 K到196 K,2 209 K到309 K,3348 K到457 K。
【Abstract】 Spatial angle color uniformity(ACU) is an important parameter of white LED, which is determined by the morphology of phosphor layer at chip level. In this study, the long and short radius and concentration parameters of double ring structures are discussed at the flip chip level by Monte Carlo ray tracing method.When the long radius R=0.26 mm and the short radius r=0.42 mm, the minimum correlated color temperature deviation is 239 K. The parameters are optimized around the minimum deviation value, when the average correlated color temperature is 4 100, 4 500, 5 300 and 6 000 K, respectively, the angle temperature deviations of conformal coating structure and optimized double ring coating structure in-90° to 90° space are reduced from885 K to 92 K, 1 232 K to 196 K, 2 209 K to 309 K, 3 348 K to 457 K.
