【摘要】 目的:统计分析山东省减重与代谢手术开展情况。方法:基于山东省减重与代谢手术病例注册系统(SDBMSR)及子库-胃袖状切除术治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(SGOP)统计分析截至2021年12月31日减重与代谢手术情况，并对患者人口学信息、肥胖相关疾病、手术信息等进行统计学描述与分析。结果:SDBMSR共收集到山东省10个地市、14个分中心上传的1 431例患者数据。患者术前BMI为39.9(35.3,44.6)kg/m~2,31(26,36)岁，男女占比为28.8%与71.2%。术前合并肥胖相关疾病包括2型糖尿病(32.2%)、原发性高血压(32.0%)、高脂血症(37.8%)、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(65.1%),33.3%的育龄期女性术前合并多囊卵巢综合征。手术方式包括单纯胃袖状切除术561例(52.3%)、胃袖状切除术合并肝活检447例(41.7%)、合并其他手术47例、修正手术7例、胃水球置入术7例、胃大弯折叠术2例、胃袖状切除术+双通道术1例。截至2021年12月31日，SDBMSR-SGOP共收集到186例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者数据，其中月经异常发生率为88.2%,高雄激素血症发生率为54.8%,卵巢多囊样改变发生率为78.0%。结论:SDBMSR、SDBMSR-SGOP的构建为山东省减重与代谢手术的病例登记、质量控制与临床研究工作奠定了基础。腹腔镜胃袖状切除术是山东省减重与代谢外科的主流术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To statistically analyze the condition of bariatric and metabolic surgery in Shandong province.Methods:Based on the Shandong bariatric and metabolic surgery registry(SDBMSR) and sublibrary(sleeve gastrectomy for obese polycystic ovary syndrome, SGOP),the status of bariatric and metabolic surgery as of Dec.31,2021 was collected.Demographic information of patients, obesity-related diseases and surgical information were statistically described and analyzed.Results:SDBMSR collected the registration data of 1 431 cases from 14 sub-centers in 10 cities in Shandong province.By analyzing the available data, the preoperative BMI of the patients was 39.9(35.3,44.6)kg/m~2,and the age was 31(26,36) years old.28.8% of patients were male and 71.2% were female, respectively.Obesity-related diseases included type 2 diabetes(32.2%),hypertension(32.0%),hyperlipidemia(37.8%),sleep apnoea syndrome(65.1%),and 33.3% of female patients in childbearing age suffered polycystic ovary syndrome before operation.The surgical procedures included sleeve gastrectomy(561 cases, 52.3%),sleeve gastrectomy combined with liver biopsy(447 cases, 41.7%),sleeve gastrectomy combined with other operations(47 cases),revisional sleeve gastrectomy(7 cases),intragastric balloon(7 cases),greater curvature plication(2 cases),and sleeve gastrectomy + double-channel gastrectomy(1 case).SDBMSR-SGOP showed that 186 obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected as of Dec.31,2021,with a prevalence of 88.2% for menstrual abnormalities, 54.8% for hyperandrogenemia, and 78.0% for polycystic ovarian morphology.Conclusions:SDBMSR and SDBMSR-SGOP have laid a solid foundation for case registration, quality control and clinical research work of bariatric and metabolic surgery in Shandong Province.Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is the mainstream of bariatric and metabolic surgery in Shandong province.更多还原
