专利视角下的数据加密技术分析

【摘要】 本文以探究数据安全领域技术发展现状、预测未来发展趋势为研究目的,以数据加密技术专利为研究对象,运用了专利分析的研究方法,从发展趋势、地域分布、IPC构成、高价值专利技术主题和申请人分布等角度研究全球数据加密技术的发展状况,通过可视化方法展示该领域的创新情况和研发态势。结果表明:数据加密技术专利申请主要集中在中国和美国,研究方向集中在H04L29/06(以协议为特征的电通信技术)和H04L9/08(传输控制规程,例如数据链级控制规程);国内数据加密技术研究相比美国等发达国家,高价值专利数量较少,专利布局有待进一步完善。本文预测该技术发展方向是安全通信领域中的公共密钥和公钥加密两个技术方向,为信息安全领域技术人员研发方向提供参考。

【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore the current state of technological development in the field of data security and predict the future development trend. Taking data encryption technology patents as the research object, the research method of patent analysis is applied to study the development status of global data encryption technology from the perspectives of development trend, regional distribution, IPC composition, high-value patent technology theme and applicant distribution, etc. The visualization method is used to demonstrate the innovation situation and R&D trend. The results show that data encryption technology patent applications are mainly concentrated in China and the United States of America, and the research direction is concentrated in H04L29/06(protocol-based electrical communication technology)and H04L9/08(transmission control protocols, such as data chain-level control protocols); domestic data encryption technology research has a relatively small number of high-value patents compared with developed countries such as the United States of America, and the patent layout needs further improvement.This paper predicts that the development direction of this technology is in the two technical directions of public key and public key encryption in the field of secure communication, providing reference for the R&D direction of technicians in the field of information security.
