老龄帕金森病患者虚拟现实辅助康复训练游戏化研究

【摘要】 从虚拟现实视角,探索老龄帕金森病患者辅助康复运动训练的游戏化解决方案。针对老龄帕金森病患者,在药物治疗的基础上,配合康复与运动训练疗法、虚拟现实游戏交互与体验特质,运用游戏化设计理论基础,设计《快乐浮桥》VR游戏初代版本游戏体验系统,基于测试群体可辅助治疗症状,依托上肢康复运动训练体验,设计对老龄群体乐于接受、易于操作、简洁明了的游戏界面及操作方式,并借助地域文创元素,帮助患者趣味化运动训练治疗,通过提取与再建的病理评估分量表参数,最终获得评估等级与反馈数据,以此作为医护人员的药物治疗与病理评估参照,服务于帕金森病患者的长效康复辅助治疗机制。

【Abstract】 From the perspective of virtual reality, this paper explores the game solution of auxiliary rehabilitation exercise training for elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease. Aiming at the elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease over 60 years old, on the basis of drug treatment, combined with rehabilitation and exercise training therapy, based on the characteristics of virtual reality game interaction and experience, and based on the theoretical basis of game design, the game experience system of the first generation version of happy pontoon VR game is designed, which can assist in the treatment of symptoms according to the test group and rely on the upper limb rehabilitation exercise training experience, Design a game interface and operation mode that are willing to accept, easy to operate and concise for the elderly group, help patients have fun in sports training and treatment, meet most elderly patient groups in the actual auxiliary rehabilitation sports training, and finally obtain the evaluation level and feedback data by extracting and reconstructing the parameters of the pathological evaluation subscale, As a reference for medical staff’s drug treatment and pathological evaluation, it serves as a long-term rehabilitation adjuvant treatment mechanism for patients with Parkinson’s disease.
