【摘要】 目的 观察硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征（妊高症）患者应用健康教育的护理效果。方法 选取75例硫酸镁治疗妊高症患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（38例）与观察组（37例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前，两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总认知水平评分（91.38±4.95）分高于对照组的（58.29±3.34）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 健康教育在硫酸镁治疗妊高症护理中，能够有效降低患者血压水平，有利于提升患者认知水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the nursing effect of magnesium sulfate on patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 75 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected and divided into control group(38 cases) and observation group(37 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received health education on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total cognitive score of the observation group(91.38±4.95) was higher than that of the control group(58.29±3.34), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension with magnesium sulfate, health education can effectively reduce patients’ blood pressure and improve their cognitive level.更多还原
