【摘要】 通过对患者临床资料进行分析，详细描述本院诊断的1例由盆腔恶性孤立性纤维瘤（MSFT）过度分泌胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ（IGF-Ⅱ）导致患者发作性低血糖伴低血钾的罕见病例。该患者低血糖发作时血清胰岛素水平明显降低，考虑为非胰岛细胞肿瘤性低血糖，CT检查结果显示盆腔存在巨大MSFT占位，经手术切除后随访1年患者未在发生低血糖及低血钾症状。国内外此类病例报道罕见，通过本例病例的报道，以期提高临床医生对此类疾病的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rare case of episodic hypoglycemia with hypokalemia caused by insulin-like growth factor(IGF)-Ⅱ secreted by a giant pelvic malignant solitary fibrous tumor(MSFT) was investigated through comprehensively reviewing her medical history and clinical records.The patient’s serum insulin level was significantly reduced during the hypoglycemia episode,which was considered to be non-islet-cell tumor hypoglycemia.CT examination results showed a huge MSFT mass in the pelvis,after surgical resection,there was no recurrence of symptoms of hypoglycemia and hypokalemia during 1 year follow-up.Reports of such cases at home and abroad are rare.Through the report of this case,we hope to improve clinicians’ understanding of such diseases.更多还原
