【摘要】 目的 探讨对子宫腺肌病应用曼月乐治疗后出现异常子宫患者采用云南白药干预价值。方法 选取80例子宫腺肌病曼月乐治疗后异常子宫出血，根据随机数字表法分成治疗组与对照组，各40例。对照组应用肾上腺色腙治疗，治疗组应用云南白药治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 两组治疗3个月总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗组治疗6个月总有效率97.50%明显高于对照组85.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗3、6个月月经周期的月经失血图评分法（PBAC）评分、数字评定量表法（NRS）评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组取环率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 云南白药干预子宫腺肌病应用曼月乐治疗后异常子宫出血患者的效果确切，可改善患者出血及痛经症状，值得临床推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Yunnan Baiyao intervention in patients with abnormal uterus after Mirena therapy for adenomyosis. Methods 80 cases of adenomyosis with abnormal uterine bleeding after mirena treatment were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with adrenal color hydrazone, and the treatment group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 3 months of treatment(P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual blood loss map score(PBAC) and Digital Rating Scale(NRS) scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the ring rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of Yunnan Baiyao on adenomyosis patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after mirena treatment is satisfactory, and it can improve the symptoms of bleeding and dysmenorrhea, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
