【摘要】 目的 探讨海马损伤对奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症患者效果的影响。方法 对首发精神分裂症患者进行海马磁共振质子波谱分析，并据此分为海马损伤组及海马正常组各15例，两组患者均采用奥氮平治疗，分别在治疗前及治疗6个月后选择使用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）对患者精神分裂程度进行分析，内容涉及阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病理和总分。结果 与海马正常组比较，海马损伤组奥氮平治疗前后PANSS评分中各项评分差值降低得更小，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 有海马损伤的首发精神分裂症患者，奥氮平治疗的效果更差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hippocampal injury on olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy was performed in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.According to this,30 cases were divided into hippocapus injury group and normal hippocampus group respectively,there were 15 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with olanzapine,positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS)were used to analyze the degree of schizophrenia before and after treatment for 6 months.The content covered negative symptoms,positive symptoms,psychopathology and total scores.Results Compared with the normal hippocampal group,the differences of PANSS scores in the hippocampal injury group were smaller before and after olanzapine treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine is less effective in first-episode schizophrenia with hippocampal damage.更多还原
