【摘要】 基于GIS空间分析技术，对高昌区绿洲2000、2010、2018年聚落的空间分布格局及其影响因素进行分析.结果表明：2000年聚落分布相对集中，而2010、2018年聚落分布相对分散，密度分布的空间差异性明显，绿洲中部分布相对集中，绿洲北、南部分布相对稀疏；坎儿井呈显著集聚分布趋势，其空间分布格局与2000年聚落分布格局大致一致，主要分布在水资源充足，海拔高度较低的绿洲中部区域；机电井分布的范围较广，2010、2018年聚落分布格局跟机电井的分布格局有一定的重合，聚落向绿洲边缘的扩张跟机电井的大量开发密切相关；聚落分布格局与高程具有一定的关系，聚落主要分布在-120～300 m的高程范围内；聚落分布格局对河流具有一定的指向性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on GIS spatial analysis technology, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of settlements in Gaochang oasis in 2000, 2010 and 2018. The results show that the settlement distribution was relatively concentrated in 2000, but relatively scattered in 2010 and 2018. The spatial difference of density distribution was obvious. The distribution in the middle of the oasis was relatively concentrated, and the distribution in the north and south of the oasis was relatively sparse. Karez wells showed a significant trend of concentration distribution, and its spatial distribution pattern was roughly consistent with the settlement distribution pattern in 2000. It was mainly distributed in the central area of the oasis with sufficient water resources and low altitude. Electromechanical wells were widely distributed. The distribution pattern of settlements in 2010 and 2018 coincided with that of electromechanical wells to a certain extent. The expansion of settlements to the edge of oasis was closely related to the large-scale development of electromechanical wells, and the settlement distribution pattern had a certain relationship with the elevation, mainly in the elevation range of-120 ～ 300 m.
