磁性污泥基生物炭 MSBC制备及其对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附研究

【摘要】 以污水处理厂剩余污泥为原料,制备磁性污泥生物炭(MSBC),对MSBC表征结果表明:MSBC比表面积、孔径和总孔容分别为58.79 m2·g-1,12.25 nm, 0.20 cm3·g-1,XRD出现Fe3O4衍射峰,红外光谱出现Fe—O吸收峰.研究不同因素对MSBC吸附水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的影响,结果表明在MSBC为10 g·L-1、Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为50 mg·L-1、pH为3、30℃、150 r·min-1振荡反应24 h, MSBC对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为5.13 mg·g-1,去除率99.92%.吸附动力学和吸附等温研究表明,MSBC对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,热力学参数自由能变化(ΔG)为负,焓变(ΔH)为正,熵变(ΔS)为正,表明MSBC上Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附是自发吸热过程.

【Abstract】 Surplus sludge of sewage treatment plant was selected as the raw materials to prepare the magnetic sludge biochar(MSBC).The characterization results of MSBC showed that the specific surface area, pore diameter and total pore volume were 58.79 m2·g-1,12.25 nm and 0.20 cm3·g-1,respectively. The diffraction peak of Fe3O4 appeared in XRD spectrogram, and Fe—O absorption peak appeared in FTIR spectrum.The effects of different factors on the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution by MSBC were studied.Under the conditions of MSBC 10 g·L-1,Cr(Ⅵ) mass concentration 50 mg·L-1,pH 3,30 ℃ and 150 r·min-1 for 24 hours, it showed that the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ) by MSBC was 5.13 mg·g-1 and the removal rate was 99.92%.The adsorption kinetics and isotherm investigated showed that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by MSBC conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic models and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption models, the thermodynamic parameters free energy change(ΔG) was negative, enthalpy change(ΔH) was positive, and entropy change(ΔS) was positive, which indicated that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) on MSBC was spontaneously an endothermic process.
