【摘要】 自1997年国务院学位委员会创建人口、资源与环境经济学专业以来，该学科建设一直面临不少问题和挑战，主要是学科基础理论薄弱、学科体系合力不够、学术思想影响不足等，因而缺少学科话语权。因此，要推动该学科创新发展，必须完善与经济社会发展实践更相适应的基础理论，构建起具有中国特色的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系。通过强力引导学科基础理论研究，努力解决学科就业难问题，加强现有硕、博士点建设，重视教材和课程体系建设等措施促进该学科创新发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council established Population, Resources and Environmental Economics major in 1997, the discipline construction has been facing many problems and challenges, mainly due to the weak basic theory of the discipline, the insufficient cohesion of the discipline system and the insufficient influence of academic thought, so it lacks the discourse power of the discipline. Therefore, in order to promote its innovation and development, we must improve the basic theory that is more suitable for the practice of economic and social development, and build a discipline system, academic system and discourse system with Chinese characteristics. By strongly guiding the basic theoretical research of the discipline, striving to solve the problem of difficult employment, strengthening the construction of existing master’s and doctoral programs, the innovative development of the discipline can be promoted.更多还原
