磷石膏一步法制备疏水性硫酸钙晶须的研究
Study on Preparation of Hydrophobiccalcium Sulfate Whisker from Phosphogypsum by One Step Method
【摘要】 为简化制备疏水性硫酸钙晶须(CSW)的步骤,研究了以磷石膏为原料,采用常压盐溶液法制备疏水性 CSW 的一体化过程。在反应 3 h 时,加入预热处理的 20% 无水乙醇和 0.4% 硬脂酸钠的混合溶液,85 ℃条件下疏水化处理 5 min,得到的疏水性 CSW 接触角可达 105.15 °。X 射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,疏水性 CSW 未发生水化,X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)及红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明,硬脂酸钠吸附在晶须表面,并与晶须表面 Ca2+结合生成了硬脂酸钙。常压无氯盐溶液条件下的一步制备法避免了常规先后两次加热、洗涤及干燥过程,简化了制备步骤,可降低生产成本。
【Abstract】 In order to simplify the preparation of hydrophobic calcium sulfate whisker, the synthesis process of hydrophobic calcium sulfate whisker was studied by salt solution method at atmospheric pressure with phosphogypsum as raw material. At the reaction time of 3 h, the preheated mixed solution containing 20% anhydrous ethanol and 0.4% sodium stearate was added, and the hydrophobic calcium sulfate whisker was obtained at85 ℃ for 5 min. The contact angle of the whisker was up to 105.15°. XRD analysis showed that hydrophobic calcium sulfate whiskers did not hydrate,XPS and FTIR analysis showed that sodium stearate adsorbed on the surface of whiskers, and combined with Ca2+ on the surface of whiskers to form calcium stearate. One-step preparation under chloride-free salt solution method at atmospheric pressure avoids the conventional heating, washing and drying process, simplifies preparation steps and reduces production costs.
