硅藻土基高可溶性硅矿物材料制备及性能研究

【摘要】 以硅藻土为原料,引入 NH4OH、KOH、Ca O 等碱性组分,通过水热法制备能有效提供可溶性硅酸根离子的 K2Ca4Si7O17(OH)4/ 硅藻土矿物材料。研究了反应时间、温度、反应物种类及用量对产物可溶性硅溶出率的影响规律。利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、 X 射线光电子能谱 (XPS)等技术对样品进行表征。结果表明,K2Ca4Si7O17(OH)4产物呈球状结构分散于硅藻土表面,可溶性硅溶出率随该产物组分增加而提高,最佳条件下可溶性硅释放量可达 1 534 mg/L。

【Abstract】 Using diatomite as raw material, introducing NH4OH, KOH, CaO and other basic components, K2Ca4Si7O17(OH)4/diatomite mineral material, which can effectively provide soluble silicate ions, was prepared by hydrothermal method. The effect of reaction time and temperature, type and amount of reactants on the soluble silicon dissolution rate of the product was studied. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS and other techniques. The K2Ca4Si7O17(OH)4 product is dispersed on the surface of diatomaceous earth in a spherical structure, and the dissolution rate of soluble silicon increases with the increase of the components of the product. Under the best conditions, the release of soluble silicon can reach 1 534 mg/L.
