鳗鲡养殖尾水处理系统水体微生物群落结构分析

【摘要】 为了阐明鳗鲡养殖尾水处理系统的净化效果及不同单元水体微生物的组成结构变化规律,检测了各个单元的水质情况,并利用16SrRNA高通量测序技术分析了不同处理阶段水体中的微生物的群落组成。结果表明:经过净化处理的水体总磷含量、氨氮浓度均降低,水体pH上升;经过净化处理之后的水体与河水样品具有6种相同优势菌属,其中Novosphingobium、Limnohabitans、Sediminibacterium为样品中占比排名前10的菌属;化学法除磷净化处理较大改变了养殖尾水的微生物群落结构,生物法处理使水体的微生物群落结构更接近于自然水体。研究揭示了不同尾水处理阶段水体水质情况及微生物的组成动态变化规律,说明了尾水处理系统中的生态单元可以有效改善养殖尾水水体环境中的微生态平衡。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the purification effect of the treatment system for eel aquaculture tail water and the changes in the composition and structure of microorganisms in different units of water,the water quality of each unit was detected and the microbial community composition in the water at different treatment stages was analyzed by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that:After the purification treatment,the total phosphorus content and ammonia nitrogen concentration of the water decreased,and the pH of the water increased;the purified water body and river water samples had 6same dominant bacteria genera,among which Novosphingobium,Limnohabitans,and Sediminibacterium were the top 10bacteria genera in the samples.The chemical treatment of phosphorus removal and purification treatment could greatly change the microbial community structure of the aquaculture tail water,while the biological treatment could make the microbial community structure of the water body closer to the natural water body.The study revealed the water quality conditions of water body and the dynamic changes of the microbial composition in water body at different stages of tail water treatment,indicating that the ecological units in the tail water treatment system could effectively improve the micro-ecological balance in the aquaculture tail water environment.
