朱缨花抗氧化物质含量及花青素组分分析
Antioxidant Substances and Anthocyanin Components of Calliandra haematocephala Hassk
【摘要】 以朱缨花(Calliandra haematocephala Hassk.)为试材,探究不同时期抗氧化物质含量及花青素组分。运用高效液相色谱检测法、紫外—可见光光谱分析法,分别测定花青素组分和总酚、类黄酮等。结果表明:矢车菊素为朱缨花中花青素的主要组分,分别占花蕾期、盛花期和末花期总花青素的70.77%、67.43%、59.85%。3个时期的花青素含量差异显著,以末花期最高,花蕾期其次,盛花期最低。总酚含量随着花的开放呈下降趋势。末花期的类黄酮含量显著增多。
【Abstract】 Calliandra haematocephala Hassk were used to explore the changes in the components of anthocyanin and the content of total phenols and flavonoids in different flower stages.The results showed that the reason for the brilliant color of the flowers is due to the presence of a large amount of anthocyanins.The cyanidin is the most major component of anthocyanin from the flower bud stage to the full bloom stage, the final flowering stage in Calliandra haematocephala Hassk with 70.77%,67.43% and 59.85%,respectively.The anthocyanin content in the full bloom stage was significantly lower than that in the flower bud stage, whereas the final flowering stage had significantly higher content than the full bloom stage.The total phenols content showed a downward trend from the flower bud stage to the full bloom stage, the final flowering stage.The content of flavonoids increased significantly in the final flowering stage.
