福建山樱花无性系生长性状遗传变异分析及选择
Genetic Variation of Growth Trait and Superior Clone Selection of Cerasus campanulata
【摘要】 为筛选福建山樱花速生无性系,于2021年在福建省南平市延平区茫荡镇北山村,对42个4年生的福建山樱花嫁接无性系的生长性状进行测定、遗传变异分析及优良无性性选择。结果表明,4年生的福建山樱花无性系树高4.62~6.32 m、胸径5.67~8.82 cm、冠幅3.73~4.93 m。无性系间树高、胸径、冠幅均具有显著的遗传差异,遗传变异系数分别为6.13%、8.17%、6.7%,重复力分别为0.835、0.813、0.822。以生长性状为指标,应用指数选择法,选出速生福建山樱花无性系4个,树高、胸径、冠幅遗传增益均值分别为11.12%、13.35%、9.52%。
【Abstract】 To select fast-growing clones of Cerasus campanulate,an experiment was conducted on 42 grafted clones of 4-year-old Cerasus campanulate from Beishan Village, Mangdang Town, Yanping District, Nanping City, Fujian Province. The growth traits were measured and the genetic variations were analyzed for selection of superior clones. The results showed that the 4-year-old Cerasus campanulate were 4.62~6.32 m in height, 5.67~8.82 cm in DBH,and 3.73~4.93 m in crown width. Significant genetic differences in tree height, DBH and crown width were observed among the clones. The coefficients of genetic variation were 6.13%,8.17% and 6.7%,the repeatability was 0.835,0.813 and 0.822,respectively. With growth traits as index, 4 fast-growing clones were selected by using the index selection method, with average genetic gains reaching 11.12%,13.35%,9.52% in height, DBH and crown width, respectively.
