【Abstract】 In this study,a scanning electron microscope-energy spectrometer was used to observe and analyze the morphological characteristics of the standard material particles of marine sediments in the East China Sea, and analyze the particle size distribution and element composition. The results show that the main components of the East China Sea marine sediment standard materials are mainly Al, Si, Ca, Fe and other elements, and the single crystal purity can reach more than 95%. The particle size is normally distributed and the range is concentrated between 2μm-10μm.更多还原
