东海海洋沉积物样品颗粒的形貌分析
Morphology analysis of reference material particles of marine sediments in the East China Sea
【摘要】 本文采用扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪观察分析了东海海洋沉积物样品颗粒的形貌特征,分析颗粒粒径分布和元素组成。结果表明,东海海洋沉积物样品主要成分以Al、Si、Ca、Fe等元素为主,单晶纯度可达95%以上。粒径呈正态分布,范围集中在2μm~10μm之间。
【Abstract】 In this study,a scanning electron microscope-energy spectrometer was used to observe and analyze the morphological characteristics of the standard material particles of marine sediments in the East China Sea, and analyze the particle size distribution and element composition. The results show that the main components of the East China Sea marine sediment standard materials are mainly Al, Si, Ca, Fe and other elements, and the single crystal purity can reach more than 95%. The particle size is normally distributed and the range is concentrated between 2μm-10μm.
