香叶天竺葵组培快繁体系的建立
Establishment of Rapid Sterile Propagation System in Pelargonium graveolens L’Hér.
【摘要】 以香叶天竺葵的幼叶为外植体,进行组培快繁技术研究。结果表明:在 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L-1的培养基上进行香叶天竺葵不定芽诱导,不定芽分化率 84.4%;在 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.5 mg·L-1的培养基上进行继代培养,其增殖倍数达 11.7 倍;采用 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1的培养基进行生根培养,香叶天竺葵幼苗生根率 100.0%,且植株健壮,经炼苗后移栽成活率 95.0% 以上。
【Abstract】 The young leaves of Pelargonium graveolens were chosen as explants to study rapid sterile propagation techniques. The results indicated that the medium MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.1mg·L-1 was the most appropriate for induction of adventitious buds,with the differentiation rate reaching 84.4%.The highest multiplication rate of subculture was 11.7 as the medium MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 was used. When 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg·L-1was used for rooting culture,the rooting rate reached 100.0%,and the plants were strong. The survival rate of transplanting was over 95.0% after the seedling training.
