碱性土壤条件下丛枝菌根真菌对白刺生长和营养吸收的影响

【摘要】 为了研究在碱性条件下丛枝菌根真菌对白刺生长的影响,在碱性条件下对白刺分别接种摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)、根内球囊霉(G.intraradices)和幼套球囊霉(G.etunicatum)3种AM真菌,测定3种AM真菌对白刺侵染率及幼苗生长指标。结果表明:在碱性条件下3种丛枝菌根菌均能侵染白刺根系,其中,接种摩西球囊霉和根内球囊霉后白刺株高、地径、生物量及N、K含量显著增加(P<0.05),幼套球囊霉对各项指标均有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of Nitraria tangutorum under alkaline condition, three species arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae, G. intraradices, G. etunicatum were inoculated to N. tangutorum under alkaline conditions, the infection rate and growth indexes of N. tangutorum seedling were determined. The results showed that three arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could infect the roots of N. tangutorum in alkaline conditions. G. mosseae and G. intraradices could significantly increase plant heights, ground diameters, fresh biomass, and N, K contents(P<0.05), while G. etunicatum could inhibit various indexes.
