【Abstract】 Chinese Gallnut is the forestry specialty product in China.It has obvious bioactivities, such as antibacterial, antiviral and physiological regulation.The main bioactive and compounds of Chinese Gallnut are Chinese gallotannins, which are hydrolytic vegetable tannins.It is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, mining, electronics, food and feed industries.The authors reviewed research progress on the bioactivity of Chinese Gallnut in last ten years.更多还原
