主蒸汽隔离阀驱动装置在线监测方法
On-Line Monitoring Method for the Hydraulic Actuator of Main Steam Isolation Valve
【摘要】 核电复杂气液阀门及其驱动装置的安全稳定运行对核电的安全性和经济效益有重大影响,为保证驱动装置的正常运行,设计了一种用于主蒸汽隔离阀(复杂气液阀门)驱动装置的在线监测方法和系统。对驱动装置的核心参数进行实时采集、显示并存储为数据曲线,根据预设值判断各部件参数是否触发报警条件,触发报警条件则输出相应的预警信号。将预警的参数曲线与标准曲线对比,并结合人工神经网络进行故障分析预测和诊断,输出故障报告。根据参数曲线对比,估算相关参数超过门槛值用时,实现寿命预测。通过本装置可以对故障进行提前预警并进行在线诊断,可以及时和快速排查出驱动装置的故障部件并及时修整,保障机组安全稳定运行。
【Abstract】 The safe and stable operation of complex valves and their gas over oil actuators has a significant impact on the safety and economic benefits of nuclear power plants.To ensure the normal operation of the actuator, an on-line monitoring method and system for the actuator of main steam isolation valve(complex gas over oil device) is designed.The core parameters of the device are collected, displayed and stored as data curves in real time.Whether the parameters of each component trigger the alarm conditions is judged according to the preset values.When the alarm bar is triggered, the corresponding early warning signal is output.The early warning parameter curve is compared with the standard curve, combined with the artificial neural network for fault analysis, prediction, diagnosis and output of fault report.According to the comparison of parameter curves, the time when relevant parameters exceed the threshold value is estimated to realize life prediction.Through this device, the fault can be early warned and online diagnosed, and the faulty parts of the driving device can be found and repaired in time, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
