【摘要】 目的 分析基于知信行理论的护理干预在宫颈癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年2月—2022年2月厦门市中医院收治的宫颈癌根治术患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用基于知信行理论的护理干预,比较两组干预前后心理状态、希望水平及应对方式的变化情况,并记录两组并发症发生情况。结果 研究组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、医学应对方式量表中回避、屈服评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);希望指数量表及医学应对方式量表中面对评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于知信行理论的护理干预可改善宫颈癌根治术患者心理状态,提升希望水平,改善应对方式,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on the theory of knowledge, belief and practice in patients with cervical cancer patients undergoing radical operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with radical cervical cancer surgery who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(40 cases) received routine care, and the research group(40 cases) received nursing intervention based on the theory of knowledge, belief and action. The changes of psychological state, hope level and coping style between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the complications of the two groups were recorded. Results The avoidance and yield scores in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), and Medical Coping Style Scale(MCMQ) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the face scores in the Hope Index Scale(HHI) and MCMQ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the theory of knowledge, belief, and action can improve the psychological state of cervical cancer patients undergoing radical surgery, enhance the level of hope, improve coping styles, and reduce complications.更多还原
