【Abstract】 The experience of electric power market reform of some pilot provinces and the structural characteristics of the new clearing system developed by scientific research departments are introduced,the research progress of time-of-use(TOU)price is expounded,and the possible problems that bulk users may encounter in the early stage when they switch from implementing TOU price to entering the electricity market are discussed. Based on Rossander formula of the load duration curve(LDC),the connection between power purchase agency and TOU price in power grid enterprises is analyzed. And practical calculation verifies the possibility and effect of this connection.更多还原
