【摘要】 目的:研究妇安消疹洗液对小鼠慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:应用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)建立小鼠湿疹模型,4-氨基吡啶(4-AP)建立小鼠瘙痒模型,设空白组、模型组、卤米松乳膏组(0.05 g/cm~2)和妇安消疹洗液低、中、高浓度组(0.05 mL/cm~2),分别给予相应的治疗,以皮损积分、耳肿胀度、舔体反应评价妇安消疹洗液对湿疹的治疗效果,以苏木精-伊红染色法对皮损组织染色观察小鼠皮肤组织炎症变化。结果:妇安消疹洗液局部外用能有效改善DNCB诱发的小鼠湿疹症状,降低小鼠炎症细胞计数。中、高浓度妇安消疹洗液皮损积分、舔体次数及炎症细胞计数,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇安消疹洗液局部外用对小鼠慢性湿疹具有良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy of Fu’an Xiaozhen lotions on chronic eczema in mice. Methods: The eczema model was established with dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB), and the pruritus model was established with 4-aminopyridine(4-AP), the mice were divided into the blank group, model group, halmetasone cream group(0.05 g/cm~2) and Fu’an Xiaozhen lotions low-concentration, medium-concentration and high-concentration group(0.05 mL/cm~2), and were treated with corresponding countermeasures respectively. The therapeutic effects of Fu’an Xiaozhen lotions on eczema were evaluated by lesion score, ear swelling degree and licking reaction, and the inflammatory changes of skin tissues of mice were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Results: The topical application of Fu’an Xiaozhen lotions can effectively improve the eczema symptoms of mice induced by DNCB, and significantly reduce the inflammatory cell count of mice. There were statistically significant differences between the model group, the medium-concentration and high-concentration Fu’an Xiaozhen lotions group in lesion score, licking times and inflammatory cell count(P<0.05). Conclusion: The topical application of Fu’an Xiaozhen lotions has good therapeutic effects on chronic eczema in mice.更多还原
