【Abstract】 Autoimmune encephalitis( AE) is a kind of encephalopathies that caused by body-self false immunologic mechanisms. Now it is considered related to B-cell-mediated immune responses,however,the concrete pathogenesis is still unknown. Prognosis of AE will be better if patients could be diagnosed and under treatments as early as possible. In this review article,authors summarized the research results of AE that published in recent years,which include general situation, classification, clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
