【摘要】 运用文献定量分析和社会网络分析方法，系统总结土地经济学自诞生以来近一个世纪的国内外研究进程，展望我国土地经济学的未来研究重点。结果表明，（1）经过近100年的发展，土地经济学研究已经具有一定的规模性、整体性和系统性。该学科研究理论丰富、研究视角多样、研究方法创新。（2）国内外土地经济学研究都坚持理论联系实际，把土地经济学的基本原理与土地利用和土地管理的实践密切结合起来，体现出强烈的时代特征。（3）国内外土地经济学研究在研究视角、理论基础和研究方法上存在着较大差异。国际土地经济学近100年的研究进程为我国土地经济学的未来发展方向提供了重要借鉴，土地经济学将在公共事业管理、生态文明保护、城乡土地市场建设、土地制度改革等方面发挥更大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Applying the literature quantitative analysis and social network analysis,this paper systematically summarized the research history of land economics for nearly a century and looked forward to the future research focuses of land economics in China. The results indicated that:(1) After nearly one hundred years of development,land economics research had reached a certain scale with integrity and systematicness. This discipline had rich research theories,diverse research perspectives and innovative research methods;(2) The researches of land economics at home and abroad all adhered to the integration of theory with practice and closely combined the basic principles with the practice of land use and management,reflecting obvious characteristics of the times;(3) There were great differences in research perspectives,theoretical bases and research methods of land economics researches at home and abroad.The foreign research history of land economics in recent 100 years provided an important reference for the future development of China’s land economics researches. Land economics would play a greater role in the management of public administration,the protection of ecological civilization,the construction of urban and rural land and the reform of rural land system.更多还原
