【Abstract】 This paper expounds that artificial intelligence technology is composed of three elements: data, algorithm and computing power. Data is the core of public service intelligence. Algorithm refers to the accurate and complete description of problem-solving scheme, and computing power is the ability to solve the algorithm by using chip technology.更多还原
