【摘要】 自身免疫性疾病（Autoimmune disease,AID）是指以自身免疫应答反应导致组织器官损伤和相应功能障碍为主要发病机制的一类疾病。其中累及女性生殖系统较为多见，结合近年来自身免疫性疾病与复发性流产（RSA）相关性研究，发现自身免疫性抗体阳性患者与复发性流产两者关系呈正相关，其作用机制可能是免疫介导炎症反应，致使机体出现高凝状态和免疫功能紊乱，进而子宫内膜供血不足和胚胎受自身免疫攻击导致流产。文章对自身免疫性疾病与复发性流产相关性进行综述，以期为复发性流产的临床治疗提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autoimmune disease(AID) is a kind of disease whose main pathogenesis is the damage of tissues and organs and corresponding dysfunction caused by autoimmune response. Among them, female reproductive system is frequently involved. In combination with the research on the correlation between autoimmune diseases and recurrent abortion(RSA) in recent years, it is found that there is a positive correlation between autoimmune antibody positive patients and recurrent abortion. Its mechanism may be immune-mediated inflammatory response, resulting in hypercoagulable state and immune dysfunction of the body, and then endometrial blood supply deficiency and embryo autoimmune attack lead to abortion. This article reviews the correlation between autoimmune diseases and recurrent abortion in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of recurrent abortion.更多还原
