【摘要】 目的：通过加强传染病医院教学管理，提高实习生的能力。方法：通过PDCA管理，加强医患沟通能力，职业暴露防护培训融入实习过程各个阶段。结果：PDCA管理下学生能掌握学习要点同时促进教师能力提高，传染病特色医患沟通课程获教改课堂立项，或职业防护相关继续教育项目。结论：通过加强和改善传染病医院实习生管理方法，可提高传染病专科医院实习生能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the ability of interns by strengthening the teaching management of infectious disease hospitals.Methods: Through PDCA management, strengthen doctor-patient communication ability, and integrate occupational exposure protection training into all stages of the internship process. Results: Under the management of PDCA, students could master the learning points and promote the improvement of teachers’ ability. The characteristic doctor-patient communication course of infectious diseases was approved by the classroom of teaching reform or the continuing education project related to occupational protection. Conclusion: By strengthening and improving the management methods of interns in infectious disease hospitals, the ability of interns in infectious disease specialized hospitals can be improved.更多还原
