基于OBE-CDIO理念的应用型创新人才培养五维一体框架体系研究——以网络工程专业为例

【摘要】 针对我国高校工科专业普遍存在的“专业实验室匮乏、学生实践能力偏弱”的现状,以德州学院“网络工程专业”为例,结合国际先进的OBE理念和CDIO教育模式,设计构建了一套五维一体框架体系,以解决“应用型人才”的创新能力培养问题。五维一体框架体系包括“一生一师一项目”“专业特色实验室”“科技创新协会”“校企合作协同育人”“教学反馈机制”五部分,通过五者的有机结合,达到培养应用型创新人才的目的。为我国应用型本科高校的高质量发展进行有益的尝试,同时为同类高等院校培养应用型创新人才提供一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 According the current situation of “lack of professional laboratory and weak practical ability of students” in network engineering specialty of our university,This thesis design and build a Five Dimensional Framework mode,to Solve the problem of cultivating innovative ability of “applied talents”.The framework system include “a student, a teacher, one project”“specialized characteristic laboratory”“Science and Technology Innovation Association”“School enterprise cooperation and collaborative education”“Teaching feedback mechanism”.Through the organic combination of the five,it achieve the purpose of training high-quality applied talents.this thesis make a useful attempt in advance for The Fourteenth Five Year Plan of our university to build a high quality applied undergraduate university,and it also can be used for reference to cultivate applied innovative talents for Similar institutions of colleges and universities.
