印刷机丝网剥离角补偿机构设计

【摘要】 通过对印刷线条缺陷和填孔缺陷的分析,得出丝网剥离角是造成缺陷的关键因素。针对丝网剥离角,分析丝网剥离原理和丝网剥离方法,建立了丝网剥离角数学模型和刮刀运动方程,设计了一种丝网剥离补偿机构。最后通过试验验证了丝网剥离补偿机构对印刷线条缺陷和填孔缺陷有明显改善作用。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of printing line defects and hole filling defects,it is concluded that the screen stripping angle is the key factor causing the defects.According at the screen stripping angle,the principle and method of screen stripping are analyzed,the mathematical model of screen stripping angle and the motion equation of scraper are established,and a compensation mechanism of screen stripping is designed.Finally,it is verified by experiments that the screen stripping compensation mechanism can significantly improve the printing line defects and hole filling defects.
