【摘要】 “慧眼守土”监测监管平台是利用“互联网+”、大数据、人工智能识别、GPS定位等技术，以全省地籍调查数据、土地利用总体规划、矿产资源分布等基础数据库为基础开发的综合监测监管平台。平台融合了AI视频分析技术、大数据可视化、视频安防监控等技术，具有实时监测监管、省市县三级协作、审批事项并联审批等功能。平台自动比对实时影像数据与基础影像数据库，发现变化异常数据，及时上报平台，并发出违法预警信号。平台为自然资源管理部门在地块动态巡查、地块图层分析、业务并联审批、动态智能监管等业务提供实时实景的影像数据，在基本农田保护、建设用地审批、土地整治、项目实施进度监管等方面发挥了重要的技术支撑作用。平台的应用和推广提高了自然资源管理部门的监测监管效能，切实加强了自然资源的保护和土地的合理开发利用，实现了“互联网+”和自然资源监测监管的跨界融合。更多还原
