【Abstract】 To solve the problems such as fuzzy connotation and unclear transformation mode in the development process of standards digitalization,according to the widely used standards digitalization level model,the paper proposes the corresponding use case forms,and elaborates the factors affecting the standards digitalization level evaluation and life cycle evaluation.The paper also analysis three transformation modes of standards digitalization,including standards knowledge organization,standards life cycle and so on.It provides reference for the implementation and application of standards digitalization.更多还原
