基于多模谐振器的三宽带滤波器设计

【摘要】 提出了两款新型的基于开路枝节加载的三模谐振器与四模谐振器,采用奇偶模理论分别分析了这两种谐振器的谐振特性。通过多模谐振器组合的方法,将提出的两个谐振器通过公共馈线耦合在一起,设计得到了一款新型的三通带宽带滤波器。对该滤波器进行仿真、加工,最终测试得到各个通带的中心频率分别为2.16,3.71和4.3 GHz,插入损耗分别为1.36,1.82和2.26 dB,回波损耗分别为19.7,21.4和12.3 dB,相对带宽分别为20.9%,10.8%和11%。测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好,表明了设计的可行性。

【Abstract】 A novel tri-mode and a quad-mode resonators were presented based on loading open stubs. The resonant characteristics of the two resonators were analyzed by using odd-even mode theory. By combining multi-mode resonators(MMR), a novel tri-wideband bandpass filter was designed by coupling the two proposed resonators together through a common feeder. The filter was designed, fabricated and measured. The central frequencies of the three passbands are 2.16 GHz, 3.71 GHz, 4.3 GHz with insertion loss of 1.36 dB, 1.82 dB, 2.26 dB, return loss of 19.7 dB, 21.4 dB, 12.3 dB, and 3 dB fractional bandwidths of 20.9%, 10.8%, 11%, respectively. The measurements are in good agreement with the simulation, which indicates the feasibility of the design.
