【摘要】 该文运用文献资料法、对比分析法和问卷调查法，结合当前全国男子三人篮球超级联赛开展情况，并与国际相关赛事对比分析，发现联赛未形成合理的产业链模式；缺少第三方联赛监管机构；赛事推广力度较弱；体育竞赛产品质量有待提高；联赛管理体制有待革新；三人篮球裁判等级制度空缺等问题。针对这些问题，提出成立第三方联赛监管机构，采用联赛升降级制度，畅通各级联赛人才晋升通道，逐渐向三级管理体制过渡，建立我国三人篮球裁判等级制度，塑造联赛文化提升影响力等发展路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of literature and comparative analysis, combined with the current development of the National Men’s Three Player Basketball Super League, this paper makes a comparative analysis with relevant international events. It is found that the league has not formed a reasonable industrial chain model and lacks a third-party league regulatory authority; The promotion of the event is weak; The quality of sports competition products needs to be improved; The league management system needs to be reformed; Three player basketball referees rating system vacancy and so on.
