【摘要】 在“双减”政策背景下，学校、家庭要转变思想，紧抓机遇，把“双减”作为学校体育发展的契机，此次“双减”政策颁布的直接目的是减少义务阶段中小学生的学科压力。课后时间增多，为青少年的德、智、体、美、劳全面发展提供了良机。该文运用了调查问卷法、文献资料法、访谈法等方法，随机选取了牡丹江市第十四中学、牡丹江市田家炳中学、牡丹江市第二十一中学、宁安实验小学、宁安第四小学、宁安丹江小学、宁安江南学校、九中等中小学作为调查对象。研究发现，很多学校乘“双减”政策之东风，积极开展和完善学校体育活动，同时也显露出一些问题，如“双减”政策实施后，体育教师变得忙碌、中小学生是否接受课外体育教育、学校体育是否满足学生需求、体育师资不足等。针对上述问题，提出解决问题的办法和建议。同时，希望相关部门及学校对学校体育加强重视，共同推动学校体育的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of "double reduction" policy, schools and families should change their thinking, seize the opportunity and take the "Double Reduction" as the opportunity for the development of school sports. The direct purpose of the "Double Reduction" policy is to reduce the discipline pressure of primary and middle school students in the compulsory stage. It has freed up after-school time and provided a good opportunity for the all-round development of youth in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. By using the methods of questionnaire,literature and interview, this paper randomly selected No. 14 Middle School, Tianjiabing Middle School, Mudanjiang No. 21 Middle School in Mudanjiang, Ning’an Experimental Primary School, Ning’an No. 4 Primary School, Ning’an Danjiang Primary School, Ning’an Jiangnan School and No. 9 Middle School in Mudanjiang as the investigation objects.It is found that many schools take advantage of the "Double Reduction" policy to actively carry out and improve school sports activities. At the same time, some problems have emerged, such as: after the implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy, physical education teachers become busy, whether primary and middle school students accept extracurricular physical education, whether school physical education meets the needs of students, and lack of physical education teachers.
