【摘要】 学校体育是“双减”政策下为学生减负最好的健康平台“。双减”后，学校体育的价值更加凸显：是保障学生健康成长的基本条件；是维护家庭稳定和谐的关键环节；是促进国民体质健康的重要基石；是实现体育强国目标的重要力量。研究发现，“双减”政策下学校体育发展存在以下问题：学生体质下滑，制约体育活动开展；师资力量不足，影响体育课程实施；安全隐患较大，约束体育运动参与；课程内容单一，阻碍运动兴趣激发。并提出：多方位落实体育政策，助力学校体育改革；公共体育服务进校园，加强多元主体支持；多渠道引进体育人才，提高教师专业水平；开展多样性体育课堂，激发学生运动兴趣等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 School physical education is the best health platform for reducing students’ burden under the "double reduction" policy. After the "double reduction", the value of school physical education is more prominent: It is the basic condition to ensure the healthy growth of students; It is the key link to maintain family stability and harmony;It is an important cornerstone of promoting national physical health; It is an important force to achieve the goal of sports power. The study found that, it is believed that there are the following problems in the development of school physical education under the "double reduction" : The decline of students’ physique restricts the development of physical education activities, the lack of teachers, affects the implementation of PE curriculum, has great potential safety hazards, restricts the participation of physical education, and the curriculum content is single,which hinders the stimulation of sports interest. It also puts forward some countermeasures, such as implementing sports policies in multiple directions, helping school sports reform, bringing public sports services into the campus,strengthening the support of multiple subjects, introducing sports talents through multiple channels, improving teachers’ professional level, carrying out diversified sports classes, and stimulating students’ interest in sports.更多还原
