【摘要】 在“健康中国”战略背景下，体医融合理念的提出，为当前众多高校体育教学指明了改革方向。该文通过文献资料法，在梳理体医融合概念的基础上，分析当前高校体育教学中存在的课程形式化、高校体育课程健康元素设置不足、与医学结合不够紧密等问题，并根据体医融合为高校体育教学改革提出相关建议，旨在发挥高校在健康中国建设中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The healthy China strategy puts forward the integration of sports and medicine, which also brings a direction of reform for the college physical education teaching with many problems.
