【摘要】 该文采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等多种方法，针对上海部分中职校跆拳道社团爱好者运动损伤情况展开调查分析，在此基础之上，发现当前的损伤情况，以及导致损伤出现的原因，并寻找相应的对策。通过最终研究发现，虽然上海市中职校跆拳道社团爱好者运动损伤发生的概率较高，但以轻度损伤为主，导致损伤的原因有很多，包括自身原因、技术原因、心理原因以及教练员原因。因此，该文从这三方面寻找完善对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of analysis, the paper adopts a variety of methods, such as questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, the purpose is to investigate and analyze the sports injury situation of taekwondo club enthusiasts in some vocational schools in Shanghai. On this basis, it finds the current damage situation and the causes of the damage, and finds the corresponding countermeasures. Through the final research, it is found that although the sports injury probability of taekwondo community lovers in Shanghai secondary vocational school is relatively high, it is mainly mild injury. There are many reasons for the injury, including their own reasons,technical reasons, psychological reasons and coach reasons.
