软梯训练对高中排球运动员移动能力影响的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Effect of Soft Ladder Training on the Movement Ability of High School Volleyball Players
【摘要】 排球运动员要通过灵活和快速的移动方式来完成比赛战术和环节,所以排球运动员是否具有快速的移动能力,将直接影响着竞赛表现和成绩,甚至可以决定最终名次。怎样通过高效、科学的训练方法来提升排球运动员的脚步移动能力,是当今教练员需要解决的问题之一。该文主要采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,选取河北省唐山市丰润区第二中学高二排球队20名队员为实验对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各10名队员,进行为期8周的训练,获取实验数据并整理分析。得出以下结论:受试者经过8周的实验后,软梯训练对移动能力的提高效果显著,而传统训练对除起跑反应时外其他移动能力测试指标均有提升,但提升幅度小于软梯训练。从移动速度能力3项测试数据中可以看出,软梯训练相对于传统训练,在弹跳能力测试中的相关指标提高效果更为明显。
【Abstract】 Volleyball players should complete the game tactics and links by flexible and fast movement. Therefore,whether a volleyball player has fast movement ability will directly affect the performance and result of the competition,so as to determine the final ranking. How to improve the footstep movement ability of volleyball players through efficient and scientific training methods is one of the problems that coaches need to solve.Methods such as literature,experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used in this paper. Twenty senior two high school volleyball players from Fengrun District No.2 Middle School in Tangshan City, Hebei Province were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 10 players in each group. The training was conducted for 8 weeks. The experimental data were obtained and analyzed, and the following conclusions were drawn: After 8 weeks of experiment, the soft ladder training had a significant effect on the improvement of movement ability, while the traditional training improved other movement ability test indexes except the starting reaction time, But the lifting range is less than that of soft ladder training. From the three test data of moving speed ability, it can be seen that the effect of soft ladder training is more obvious than that of traditional training in the test of jumping ability.
