【摘要】 为探究我国竞技健美操女单项目难度动作的编排趋势，该文以2017—2019年全国健美操冠军赛成年健将组女单项目前八名为调查对象，采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、视频分析法、数理统计法对其进行统计分析，总结出我国女单项目成套中难度动作的应用特点，分析其发展趋势，为教练员及运动员编排成套动作与提高训练的科学化水平提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the difficulty arrangement trend in women’s singles of competitive aerobics in China, this paper takes the top eight women’s singles of adult athletes group of National Aerobics Championship from 2017 to2019 as the research object, makes statistical analysis on them by using the methods of literature, expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics, and summarizes the application characteristics of difficult movements in the complete set of women’s singles in China. This paper analyzes its development trend, so as to provide reference and basis for coaches and athletes to arrange complete sets of movements and improve the scientific degree of training.更多还原
