【摘要】 实习支教学生对基层学校的态度会影响其在基层的实践效果。该文以体育教育专业实习支教的学生为主体,对实习支教学校的体育教学条件和实习支教学校工作、生活安排、实习支教学校指导教师以及实习支教学校交流情况、对自我表现能力方面的满意度进行调查与分析,并从实习条件、实习指导和自我成长方面提出优化实习支教工作的相关对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The attitude of practice teaching students towards grass-roots schools will affect their practice results at grassroots level. Taking the students of physical education as the main body, this paper investigates and analyzes the satisfaction of the five aspects of the physical education teaching conditions, work and living arrangements of the practice support school, the communication between the guidance teachers of the practice support school and the practice support school, and the satisfaction with self-expression ability.
