基于VR场景冥想放松对足球射门准确率影响研究
Research on the Influence of Meditation Relaxation on Football Shooting Accuracy Based on VR Scene
【摘要】 目的:足球射门是一场球赛胜负最重要的环节,射门准确率是决定胜负的关键,射门的准确率是心理与技能共同作用的结果。基于现代科技VR技术,探究借助VR设备冥想放松对足球运动员射门准确率的影响。方法:招募10名二级及以上技术等级的大学生足球运动员,采用分层抽样的方法将实验对象分为两组,组间变量为训练方式(冥想放松训练/无训练),组内自变量为时间(前测/后测),因变量为HRV时域、频域参数的变化、正念五因素量表得分、足球射门准确率得分。结果:实验组冥想放松训练前后,运动员心率变异性时域(P-NN50、M-HRT)参数实验干预前后具有显著性差异;频域参数无显著性差异;足球射门准确率显著上升正念水平具有显著性差异,对照组前后心率变异性、正念水平均无显著性差异,足球射门准确率具有显著性差异。
【Abstract】 Objective:Football shooting is the most important link in the victory or defeat of a football game. The shooting accuracy is the key to determine the victory or defeat, and the shooting accuracy is the result of the joint action of psychology and skills. Based on modern technology VR technology, this paper explores the impact of meditation and relaxation with VR equipment on the shooting accuracy of football players. Methods:Ten college football players of secondary and above technical level were recruited. The subjects were divided into two groups by stratified sampling. The inter group variable was training mode(meditation relaxation training/no training),the intra group independent variable was time(pre-test/post-test), and the dependent variables were the changes of HRV time domain and frequency domain parameters, the score of Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire,football shooting accuracy score. Results: The time domain parameters of heart rate variability(P-NN50, MHRT) of athletes in the experimental group were significantly different before and after meditation relaxation training; There was no significant difference in frequency domain parameters; The accuracy of football shooting increased significantly, and there was significant difference in mindfulness level. There was no significant difference in heart rate variability and mindfulness level before and after the control group, and there was significant difference in football shooting accuracy.
