锂离子电池磷酸钛锂材料的研究进展
Research progress of LiTi2(PO4)3 material for lithium-ion batteries
【摘要】 NASICON结构的聚阴离子型化合物磷酸钛锂[LiTi2(PO4)3]因其稳定的三维结构、高离子电导率(2.0×10-6S/cm)、稳定的工作电压等优点引起了人们广泛关注。科研工作者将其应用于水系锂离子电池负极材料、锂离子电池材料包覆层等方面,但LiTi2(PO4)3的电子导电性差制约了材料的发展。综述了LiTi2(PO4)3的结构和性能特点、制备方法以及针对导电性差的改性方法,并对LiTi2(PO4)3材料发展方向做出了展望。
【Abstract】 The polyanionic compound lithium titanium phosphate [LiTi2(PO4)3] of NASICON structure has attracted extensive attention due to its stable three-dimensional structure, high ionic conductivity(2.0 × 10-6S/cm), stable operating voltage. Researchers have applied it to the anode material of aqueous and the coating layer of lithium-ion batteries, but the poor electronic conductivity of LiTi2(PO4)3restricts the development of the material. Thus, the structure and properties, preparation methods and modification methods with poor conductivity of LiTi2(PO4)3was summarized, and the development direction of LiTi2(PO4)3materials was forecasted.
