基于放电平台期的Wkmeans退役锂离子电池分选方法

【摘要】 针对退役锂离子电池单体之间由于生产过程及后续工作环境的不同产生的不一致性差异对分选后电池成组性能的影响,提出一种基于放电平台期参数的锂离子电池分选方法。以磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,通过研究电池组不一致性的影响因素确定聚类的指标,进而进行放电实验,得到电池的电压、电流、容量等时序数据,并通过固定电压窗口的方法得到放电平台高度及长度数据;通过引入基于自动加权的Wkmeans聚类算法实现电池的分选。根据电池单体及成组后的充放电数据进行分析,实验结果证明该方法能显著降低电池模组的不一致性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the impact of the inconsistency between the retired lithium-ion battery due to the difference in the production process and the subsequent working environment on the performance of the battery pack after clustering,a lithium-ion battery clustering method was proposed based on the parameters at discharge plateau period. The lithium iron phosphate battery was used as the research object, and the clustering indexes were determined by studying the influencing factors of the inconsistency of battery pack. The voltage, current, capacity and other time series data of the battery were obtained by discharging experiments. The height and length data of the discharge plateau were obtained by the method of fixing voltage window. After normalization, the Wkmeans clustering algorithm based on automatic weighting was introduced. According to the charge and discharge data of battery cells and groups, the analysis was conducted. The experimental results show that the method can significantly improve the consistency of battery modules.
