软碳与人造石墨复合负极倍率放电特性研究

【摘要】 相比人造石墨,软碳具有更大的层间距和各向同性的结构特点,有利于电芯倍率放电性能的发挥。在三元/人造石墨-软碳体系中,考察软碳与人造石墨复合负极的倍率放电性能表现。结果显示:与人造石墨(77.89%)相比,软碳与人造石墨(质量比3∶7)复合后,40 C放电能量(40 C/1 C)可提高至82.24%。通过倍率放电曲线分析,软碳与人造石墨复合电芯放电过程中,软碳既在电芯高电压区间支持人造石墨的容量发挥,又在低电压区间主导高倍率放电的可持续性。

【Abstract】 Compared with the artificial graphite, the soft carbon has larger layer spacing and isotropic structure,which is beneficial to the performance of the rate discharge. In this experiment, the performance of composite negative rate discharge of soft carbon and artificial graphite was investigated in NCM/artificial graphite-soft carbon system. The results show that the 40 C discharge energy(40 C/1 C) of the composite of soft carbon and artificial graphite(mass ratio: 3∶7) can be increased to 82.24%, compared with the artificial graphite(77.89%). According to the rate discharge curve analysis, the soft carbon not only supports the capacity of the artificial graphite in the high voltage range, but also dominates the sustainability of the high rate discharge in the low voltage range in the rate discharge process of the composite cell.
