格库铁路沿线电网电压不平衡及治理研究
Treatment of Power Grid Voltage Imbalance Along Geku Railway
【摘要】 格库铁路通车后因其非线性、不对称冲击负荷的性质,导致沿线电网三相电压严重不平衡,附近企业无法正常生产运行。利用不平衡功率的波动特性推导变压器低压三角形等效补偿计算方法,通过单机无穷大模型验证其可行性;并首次采用将变电站多条线路、不同电压等级负序不平衡功率集中治理的方案,搭建格库铁路沿线电网PSCAD仿真模型,结合格库铁路实际运行工况和电网特点给出治理建议,对实际工程具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 After the operation of Geku Railway was opened to traffic, due to its nonlinear and asymmetric impact load nature, the three-phase voltage of the power grid along the line is seriously unbalanced, and the nearby enterprises can not operate normally.Based on the fluctuation characteristics of unbalanced power, the calculation method of equivalent compensation at low voltage triangular side of transformer is derived, and its feasibility is verified by the single machine infinite bus model.For the first time, the scheme of centralized treatment of the negative sequence unbalanced power of multiple lines and different voltage levels in the substation is adopted to build the PSCAD simulation model of power grid along Geku Railway, and the treatment suggestions are given in combination with the actual operating conditions and power grid characteristics of Geku Railway, which can guide the practical engineering.
