2009—2020年全国碘缺乏病实验室外部质量控制考核结果分析
Analysis on the external quality control testing results of national iodine deficiency disorders laboratories from 2009 to 2020
【摘要】 目的 分析2009—2020年全国碘缺乏病防治实验室外部质量控制考核结果,评价全国各级实验室检测能力变化情况,提出下一步工作设想。方法 尿碘、盐碘和水碘检测采用考核规定方法,评价方法为Z比分值法和参考值±不确定度。结果 2009—2020年,每年考核所有的省级和地市级实验室,考核的县级实验室数量呈现增长趋势。各级实验室结果反馈率为96.9%~100%。2009—2020年,省级实验室各项考核的合格率为96.9%~100%;地市级实验室尿碘检测的合格率为94.6%~99.1%,盐碘检测的合格率为97.7%~99.4%,水碘检测的合格率为95.7%~100%;县级实验室尿碘检测的合格率为94.9%~100%,盐碘检测的合格率为97.0%~99.4%,水碘检测的合格率为95.0%~100%。结论 全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核工作是监测质量控制工作的核心和重要组成部分。考核工作取得成功的关键因素是各级卫生行政部门和国际组织的大力支持,以及专业机构的积极参与。考核的变化和检测能力的提高满足了监测等相关工作的需要。下一步我们要制定考核规范,继续提高实验室检测能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To review the external quality control testing of national iodine deficiency disorders laboratories,evaluate the testing capacity of laboratories at all levels in China,and put forward further suggestions.Method Urine iodine,salt iodine and water iodine were detected by the prescribed method,and the evaluation methods were Z-score method and reference value ±uncertainty.Results From 2009 to 2020,the national reference laboratory of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) examined all la boratories at province and prefecture level annually,and the number of county-level laboratories tested showed an increasing trend.The feedback rate of results at all level laboratories was 96.9%-100%.From 2009 to 2020,the qualified rate of each ex amination item at province-level laboratories was between 96.9% and 100%.The pass rate of urine iodine detection at prefecturelevel laboratories was 94.6%-99.1%,salt iodine detection was 97.7%-99.4%,and water iodine detection was 95.7%-100%.The qualified rate of urine iodine test at county-level laboratories was 94.9%-100%,salt iodine test was 97.0%-99.4%,and water iodine test was 95.0%-100%.Conclusion The external quality control testing of IDD labs is the core and important part of monitoring quality control in China.Key factors to the success of the assessment are the strong support of health administrations at all levels and international organizations,as well as the active participation of professional institutions.The change of as sessment and the improvement of detection ability meet the needs of monitoring and other related work.The next step is to formulate assessment standards,and continue to improve laboratory testing capacity.
